Shipping

Our policy is to provide our customers efficient and dependable mail delivery at reasonable prices. There is no additional shipping charge for all software and media. For other products, our standard shipping fees cover both shipping and handling costs.

Standard Domestic and International Shipping Charge. 
Orders of herbal products and empty herbal tea bags are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Most orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail.

Below is our low shipping fee schedule:

For orders less than $10.00, the shipping fee is $4.00;
For orders between $10.00 - $49.99, the shipping fee is $6.00;
For orders above $50.00, the shipping fee is $8.00.

Express Domestic Shipping Charge
We can send your domestic order via Express Shipping for an additional fee of $12.98 per order.  All express shipping orders will be sent within 24 hours after receipt and delivered via UPS in 1-2 business day. Please pay the additional express shipping charge here:
